Free pilot For your next event

Attendees book 15-minute meetings at your tables. You see every meeting it creates.

The problem

Most conference networking is left to luck.

01

The hallway lottery

People walk past the one person they flew in to meet because nothing tells them who’s in the room.

02

Coffees that never happen

“Let’s grab a coffee later” turns into twenty messages and no time on anyone’s calendar.

03

Nothing to show for it

When it’s over, you can count tickets sold. You can’t count the conversations your event made happen.

For organisers

See the meetings your event made happen.

Who joined, how many meetings were requested and accepted, and who everyone wanted to meet.

Join code & link

Put the link in your ticket email. The 6-character code works at the door too.

Meeting hours per day

Set meeting hours per day, so meetings only happen when you want them to.

Meeting points

Name your tables and lounges. Every confirmed meeting says where to go.

For attendees

From the first coffee to the last handshake.

  1. Before the doors open

    Everyone knows who’s here.

Every attendee has a card with their role, company and what they’re looking for.

Network tab listing attendees: Sofia Marin, Investor at Northwind Capital, and Daniel Okafor, founder of Fieldnote AI, each with a Connect button
  2. Requests come in

Asked for 15 minutes. Answered in one tap.

A request comes with a time. Accept it in one tap, with no chat thread.

Inbound meeting requests from Daniel Okafor and Elena Rossi with proposed times and Accept or Can’t make it buttons
  3. During the day

    Your day, already booked.

Every accepted meeting lands in your schedule with a time and a table. Block the slots you need for talks.

Schedule for today: 10:00 with Sofia Marin at Lounge, Table #4, 10:30 with Marco Reyes at VIP Zone, Table #12, and a pending request from Hannah Novak at 11:00
  4. After the event

    Everyone you met, kept.

Every accepted meeting becomes a contact that stays after the event.

Principles

Built for business conversations.

No swiping

Matchy is a professional tool. People are listed with their work, not ranked by looks.

No chat inbox

Requests are for a time and a place. Conversations happen face to face, where they belong.

No passwords

Attendees sign in with a code sent to their email. Nothing to remember at the registration desk.
